The concept of a "walking meeting" is a new, but interesting concept for me, especially after making a habit of walking more for exercise in the last few months. Working virtually doesn't necessarily lend to good opportunities for a walking meeting, but for you, it might be just what you need some days.
A recent Harvard Business Review article discussed "How to Do Walking Meetings Right," including not having the walking meeting be a surprise and having a small group.
I hope that this fall provides opportunities for you to get out of the office for a few minutes to enjoy your campus or surroundings, while being productive at the same time.
